We advise on a wide variety of legal topics, which do not necessarily involve Court. These can include assisting you with a claim for benefits, appearing before Medical Appeal Tribunals and the Social Security Commissioner.

Court

We at Jain, Neil & Ruddy regularly appear in the Sheriff Courts around Scotland. We deal with a variety of cases. We often deal with advising people when they are defending a debt be it a commercial debt arising from a contract or otherwise. We also act for a number of creditors who are pursuing debts. This allows us to adopt a balanced approach with the ability to provide you with the advice which will serve you best.

We undertake work from both private paying clients and those who require to be funded by the Scottish Legal Aid Board.
