Unfair dismissal
Whether you are bringing or defending a case for unfair dismissal, we can assist by representing you. (Legal Aid is also available in certain circumstances). Please remember you only have a period of 3 months in which to bring any claim for unfair dismissal to an Industrial Tribunal.
Compromise Agreements
We will assist in the negotiation of your redundancy package and the completion of all formalities to the satisfaction of both the employer and employee. Often you will find that the employer will agree to meet a contribution to your costs so it is never too early to seek advice on the matter.
