Unfair dismissal
Whether you are bringing or defending a case for unfair dismissal, we can assist by representing you at an Industrial Tribunal or Employment Appeal Tribunal. (Legal Aid is also available in certain circumstances). Please remember you only have a period of 3 months in which to bring any claim for unfair dismissal to an Industrial Tribunal.
